How thick and heavy will my boxes be? What do they weigh?

This largely depends on the dimensions and style of your box. Here’s an easy reference chart with some of our most common sizes and their estimated per-unit weight.

Our default board stock for each style is as follows:

Shipping Box: B-Flute corrugate 32 ECT - ⅛ inch thickness, rated to hold up to 30lbs in transit

Mailer Box: E-Flute corrugate 32 ECT - 1⁄16 inch thickness, rated to hold up to 10lbs in transit
We also offer a thicker C-Flute corrugate by custom order, and Mailer boxes can be requested in B-Flute if desired.

Folding Carton: 16pt or 18pt SBS paperboard (depending on your box dimensions), rated to hold up to 16oz or 1lb
